I tried this out last night. Went to bed 90 minutes later than usual, not by choice. Started playing it and turned it down just enough so it wouldn't be stimulating. As I laid down I thought "boy this doesn't sound relaxing like I thought it would be". Next thing I know it's 5 am, my regular wake up time and I feel great. Instead of getting up I figured I'd stay in bed since it was the weekend. 6.5 hours of sleep and my mind and body felt great. I never noticed the music shutting off. I like it.
