Great Thrash Metal
Pros: Solos, Speed,...EVERYTHING!!!
Cons: Nothing!
This is one hell of a thrash metal album. It's one of the best thrash metal albums EVER, along with Metallica's Master of Puppets and Slayer's Reign in Blood, which were both made in the same year as Peace Sells!
1.Wake Up Dead: A great opener for this album. While this song doesn't have much singing, the music is great! The solos are awsome and the speed of this song is intense. 10/10
2.The Conjuring: This song has some cool, dark vocals in the begining, followed by a nice solo by Mustaine. Again, there is more speedy stuff going on. Overall, great song. 10/10
3.Now we're cookin! One of Megadeth's greatest songs! Starts off with a nice bassline by Ellefson, then a cool solo. The best part is the second half where Mustaine is screaming,"Peace sells...but who's buying?!", while Gar is pulling out nice double bass drums, and a hella sick riff by the guitarists! Not to mention, 13 SOLOS!!! 20/10

Pros: This whole album just rocks.
Cons: Not much wrong here
What can I say that everyone else has already said, this is one of those "classic" albums that every heavy metal fan should have in their collection. Hands down, if not one of "the" best heavy metal albums of all time, along with "Rust In Peace".

I really got into Megadeth when I listened mostly to their older stuff especially this one, because they were more harder and thrashier back then. It kicks ass from start to finish. Peace Sells is a great song, the rest are great too. Dave Mustaine is a great lead singer and guitarist, Chris Polland is a great lead guitarist too, and of course this would be the last album he would be on though. Megadeth rocks. 5 stars

Megadeth has made some good thrash metal in their early days. This one is my favorite with Black Friday, Bad Omen, The Conjuring, Wake Up Dead and Devil's Island.

My favorite would have to be RIP, but nontheless this is a very good album that is definetely worth banging your head to! And then get Countdown(Deth's 3rd best), hell just avoid Risk!

This Megadeth album is so fast and chaotically evil, that you'll want to take a hatchet, and begin chopping heads. This is Megadeth's best work, with all the powerful speed/thrash riffs that will leave your neck throbbing and begging for mercy!

When I first heard this album I thought to myself, why in the hell do people say Countdown To Extinction & Youthanasia are better. I mean, they are good albums don't get me wrong but, better than this??? No

This album although it doesnt have my favorite Megadeth song, nonetheless is an absolute masterpiece. Overall the best megadeth album. One of the best(if not the best) speed/trash metal albums ever. Standout tracks include the dark and great riffs of wake up dead, The conjuring- a deep, and dark song that is sure to be liked by any metal head. My last words is a great song instrumentally, and lyrically about Russian Roullete. All songs in this album are great. If you like metal BUY THIS ALbum, it is worth the money.

I really dug "Peace Sells", "Black Friday" and "I Ain't Superstitious", and Dave Msutaine rivals Metallica with fierce riffs and lyrics.
A classic Megadeth album worthy of your 12 dollars.

Awesome tracks - Virtually the rest of the album.
I can sum this album up in one word, "Mindblowing". Although it lacks the variation of what Metallica were doing at the same time, NONE of the other thrash acts (including metallica) had anything on megadeth for there intensity/riffs or lead
Megadeth, starting to hit there stride with this album, and disputably there greatest album , although personally, I feel theres STILL better to come.

Megadeth had a sound all their own, and I repect them for it. This is classic metal. They held a respectable 3rd behind Maiden and Metallica. This one bloody rocks!

one of megadeths best albums, all the songs are good on this album, but the best is either wake up dead or good mourning black friday, wake up dead, has awsome rifss, and this killer riff at the end of the song, black fridat starts slow and goes into a furrious metal attack, and a shreddin solos that will blow your
