The daughter of a Navy man, Patsy Moore was born in Antigua in 1964. Her family moved around frequently when she was a child. Reflecting the wide variety of cultures she has experienced, Moore's music uses African and Caribbean rhythms, folk, soul, Latin, rock, pop and funk.
