    Pros: comes with software

    Cons: there is no way to download teh program if the original program is lost...

    I lost the disk I was supposed to use to download my audio clips. I CANNOT find the program (software "Voice Editing Premium") anywhere and I do not want to buy another recorder! I need HELP!!!

    Pros: Nice color

    Cons: Terrible sound quality

    I like Panasonic and this is the first product from them that I don't like.

    It's a real dud and should be avoided. You only get 30 minutes of decent recording.
