Cons: Battery life really short...
Perhaps it's the phone, but every 6-7 months we have to replace this battery because the charged battery life goes from about 4 hours to a measly 20 minutes.

It goes witout saying, that yes the shelve life could have been long or the user did not know how to properly care for the batteries to maintain longer life.
First:They had never been used..
Second: Batteries were 100% discharge for the 2 months before recharging and then once every 2 weeks with alternate lengths in order established a longer memory cycle...did not work.. ...
