    Pros: Looks nice, quick defrost

    Cons: Display hard to read

    I returned this microwave because of the display. Unlike normal LED displays, this one has a narrow viewing angle. You need to be close to eye level with the display to read it. Which means bending down, or standing a couple feet back (too far to ope...rate the buttons). It would be ok if you intend to mount it up high but if you intend to place this countertop microwave on your countertop, you won't be able to read the display unless you bend down every time.     Blew up a bag of popcorn then died

    Pros: Just smoke

    Cons: Fire

    We had this microwave to just, just over 1 year. One day it overcharged a bag of popcorn nearly caught on fire and the microwave died.

    Poor quality, not happy with it!!

    Cons: I agree with first 2 reviews

    This microwave gave me the same problems as described in the first 2 reviews. It seems to have hotspots and doesn't give equal 'area' cooking. A strip of bacon will be brittle in one area and undercooked in another part. A bag of popcorn ...leaves uncooked kernels along with burned popcorn puffs. I had a similar size (same power rating)Panasonic which took less time to pop a bag of popcorn and gave much better results. I'm surprsed Costco is selling this one in their store. Read more Less
