Plug in your iPod , XM or Sirius satellite radio receiver, Bluetooth hands-free cell phone kit, DVD/CD changer, video camera or video game system all at the same time. You can also connect your satellite radio receiver directly into the head unit or listen to your favorite tunes using the Direct Cable for iPod (CA-DC300U, sold separately). Artist, album, track and playlist info from your iPod is displayed and controlled on the head unit while it charges your battery.

The CQ-C5405U also plays CD-R/RW discs containing AAC, WMA and MP3 music files in addition to standard music CDs. And even if you've got mixed formats on the same disc, no problem - this CD receiver can handle it.

Pump up the volume with a four-channel MOS-FET high-power built-in amp that delivers 50 watts to each speaker for a 200W total output, with 4V pre-amp outputs to the front and rear speakers and subwoofer. Unlike bipolar transistors, the MOS-FET amp has low crossover distortion for excellent signal-to-noise ratio in the high range.
