    I love it! Very cool to be able to download my news, weather report, stock report and local movie theater schedule daily. Also can download e-books available from palm.com. Od course email can be download and written on the palm for uploading either ...on PC or wireless. Only negative comment is that I would like the screen to be a little easier to read in low lighting. Backlight basically projects your screen in reverse, background is dark and words are white. Prices listed on Yahoo auction are a little high. I bought mine for $129 at Staples during their Christmas sale during Thanksgiving weekend. Their normal price is still less than $200. Read more Less

    Great replacement for Palm Vx

    Had a Vx and thought I needed a color PDA so i upgraded to a Sony Clie. Huge mistake, color PDAs burn through batteries like a hot knife through butter. Couldnt wait to go back to a basic PDA with backup capability. Battery lasts forever, screen is v...ery legible, and the same form factor that I loved in the Vx. This is a great PDA, until battery technology improves, Ill stick with the basics. Read more Less

    The Palm m500 fits oh-so-snugly in the palm of your hand and is lithe enough to fit into the pocket of a tight pair of jeans with nary a bulge. So why, we want to know, is the cradle the size and weight of a small boulder? Besides the cradle, our only gripe with the m500 is its over-$300 price tagstill a bit high for a grayscale handheld, even if it is cool. Read more
