Very good!!!
, October 14, 2001Reviewer: stanberka - See all stanberka's reviews2 of 2 Yahoo! Users found this Palm m100 handheld review helpful I've got it for over 6 months. It's reliable, never crashes (indeed it never had!), does it's job, I've found many programs for it on the Palm's site plus I've into creating new applications for it using Java. I can extend it myself. Text entry, whether using Grafitti shortcuts or the little keyboard is no problem. 2MB of memory has been more than enough for me so far, even I had installed about 15 applications on it at some point. Batteries, rechargables, that I use, last for 3+ weeks. Regular will last even longer. Backing up data to PC is smooth and instanteneous. I never had to call support, so I can't say anything about it. For the price of $100, it's a very good product. I recommand it highly.

Palm m100
When it comes down to it, the Palm m100 is really a Palm III with the customizability of a Nokia cell phone and the rugged durability of an underwater watch. Palm's latest handheld is the entry-level, $149 m100, which sports a flip lid and new ergonomic shape. It's an appealing handheld for PDA... more...

Pros: nice begining handheld
Cons: greyscale, has an even more functional counterpart: m105
Ok little handheld for begining users. Great value and functionality, tough as nails and runs on a very easy to use Palm OS. Although I also suggest the m105, its a little faster and has more memory for about the same price.
