Pros: vey fast processor for this price.Way better than the Tungsten E model.Very decent camera.superb color.Strong unit

Cons: not too much internal memory. At least 64 bm I'll to see on it.

I had many many problems with the model C Tungsten, as a matter of fact I went through two of them in less than two years. With the money back from it I wanted to try this model Zire72 special edition, and not only has performed very well, but I had ...extra cash left (from the C model) to buy a wifi card to make use of the web as I was doing it with the C model. I strongly recommend this model for the money. I also received in less than two weeks a rebate for $50.00 when I purchased it at Bestbuy stores. I highly suggest to purchase the warranty at the store. The Palm one warranty stinks. I would never go back to the model C, since it's over priced and they do not make it anymore. with the Zire72s, I can use any size sd cards.
