Pros: Easy to use, small, cheap
Cons: broke when i tripped and fell, new one broke too.
For the short time that I owned this thing, I absolutely loved it. It didn't have many features, but it's simplicity made it a great little organization tool. I used it at home, at school, at my little job, everything - until one day at school.
I was walking up the stairs, and because i'm a typical gangly tall teen kid, one of my feet decided it wanted to be in front of the other. I think that's the first time i've ever fallen up the stairs.
Anyway, i noticed that the next time i used my palm, there was a large black spot on the screen. This makes reading nearly impossible. Understandably, i was ticked off. I hadn't even landed very hard - i'd almost caught myself with my hands.
I decided to buy a broken Zire 21 and put it's screen into mine, but when i tried to do that, the cable fell off of the new screen. That was after about 45 minutes of delicate tinkering.
After this little episode, i went 'AAAARGH', put my broken zires on a shelf, and bought an m515.
My advise is to NOT buy a zire. They're cheap for a reason. Instead, I reccomend finding an old Palm Vx or something similar. They're about the same price on auction sites, they're bigger, and they're made out of aluminum.
P.s. My palm - buying philosophy is this: Don't get the newest and cheapest, get what was once the top of the line, but is now kind of old. Their value is much better.

Pros: Nice size/weight, durable, good amount of memory
Cons: NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a great palm, nothing more to be said from that point. The battery life is awsome, more than 2 weeks between charges. The amount of memory (8 megs.) is great for the money, it's been plenty for me. This palm is durable, it's survived many trips to the great outdoors. Overall, this is a good buy!!!!!!!!!

I love it! It is a great deal and you get so much for so little. I love how I can lock it down and a passwrd is needed to access it, that is the best! It has a lot of features and it keeps appointments and things to do forever. I havent ran out of memory, or even came close, and I put EVERYTHING on my palm.

Pros: inexpensive, lightweight, easily concealable
Cons: no backlight, very few external connections
It's a great device for simply moving information. Store ebooks, first aid manuals, bus/train schedules, notes on how to operate other machines... anything you can think of... I'm still trying to figure an easy way to get maps on it.
There's no backlight and this is a huge pain for some people.
You can't attach many accessories to it like keyboard, headphones, memory cards, modem...
The keyword here is minimalist...
