    Pros: easy to use... great with lap top. simple features.

    Cons: Update software????

    I really like my Palm Zire. It is very easy to use and love the syn with my laptop. I am just looking for some software to upgrade. Want a Dictionary.... Looks like I have to spend $ on a package.

    But I do like the convienence, size and features.

    Pros: Very fast, good memory, cheap.

    Cons: No backlight, few accesories

    This Palm is a great deal. It's cheap, and it's well worth the money. The Zire 21 has a very fast processor, and 8 mb of memory. It is also very light and easy to use, but the problems become apparant: No backlight, no keyboard attatchments, ...etc. Very good bargain, though! Read more Less

    Pros: Inexpensive

    Cons: Flip top is annoying

    Mine died right at 3 months, so no warranty to fall back on. This is the 2nd Palm I've had this happen to. Time to switch brands.

    Pros: Value, software, rechargable batteries

    Cons: No backlight

    Great palm, the value is superb and cannot be beat for the basic hadndhelp pda. The ease of use and the 8mb of memmory is outstanding for the price. There is plenty of memory for a few games and also to read some e-books in your spare time. My onl...y complaint is that there still is not a backlight just as the origional Zire. I would however recomend this palm to anybody on a budget. You can't go wrong! Just buy a lighted-pen-type stylus and you are good to go. The blue cover that comes with the Zire 21 is a good idea but cheap and gets in the way. It is better to purchase screen protectors or the Zire hard case to protect it. Read more Less

    Minimalist: Cheap and Tough

    Pros: inexpensive, lightweight, easily concealable

    Cons: no backlight, very few external connections

    It's a great device for simply moving information. Store ebooks, first aid manuals, bus/train schedules, notes on how to operate other machines... anything you can think of... I'm still trying to figure an easy way to get maps on it.There...9;s no backlight and this is a huge pain for some people.You can't attach many accessories to it like keyboard, headphones, memory cards, modem...The keyword here is minimalist...But with enough ingenuity, you could find away around some problems.     The Palm Zire 21 is great it has everything you need for class. I can post when my school assingments are due and when I have soccer practice AND IT HAS HELPED ME RAISE MY GRADES!!!!!

    Pros: Nice size/weight, durable, good amount of memory

    Cons: NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is a great palm, nothing more to be said from that point. The battery life is awsome, more than 2 weeks between charges. The amount of memory (8 megs.) is great for the money, it's been plenty for me. This palm is durable, it's survived ...many trips to the great outdoors. Overall, this is a good buy!!!!!!!!!     I love it! It is a great deal and you get so much for so little. I love how I can lock it down and a passwrd is needed to access it, that is the best! It has a lot of features and it keeps appointments and things to do forever. I havent ran out of me...mory, or even came close, and I put EVERYTHING on my palm. Read more Less
