    Pros: Phone and PDA in one unit

    Cons: Reset button under battery cover

    Perfect union between cell phone and PDA allows the user to carry just one electronic device to meet your mobile computing needs. The unit comes with a stylus, but the keyboard keys are more readily available to the user and easy to use. The reset bu...tton is under the battery cover, but that's really an minor gripe since you really don't need to access it too often with the 700wx extra memory. For anyone that utilizes a pocket PC and carries a cell phone, the Treo 700wx is the perfect choice. Read more Less

    Pros: easy to navigate, great user interface

    Cons: TONS of features to figure out, could be a pro though!

    had the motorola Q and switched to this after 4 Q's that went bad on me. this phone is a godsend. syncs very well with computer. basically is my computer in my pocket with a phone. just what i needed! very fast, but sometimes hangs up. have not h...ad to do a master reset however with it. does get out of hangs by itself, which is nice. im with verizon and the service with this phone is great. customer support has been very helpful with this phone also. not big and clunky like the older pda/phones. very sleek and comfortable in hand for those longer calls.     I feel this is a all in one phone that can give the user everything they need. This is the phone that goes from a talk about to and MP3 player to a digitial mutimedia outlet all in the touch of a button.     I upgraded to a Motorola Q and had the phone for 24 hours hours when I noticed that the battery life was poor so I went back to Verizon and got the Palm 700wx, had that phone for 2 days and thought that it was to high tech for me (since I only plan o...n using it for internet and texting) so I took it back and got the Blackberry 8703. Well, after 24 hours again, I realized that the Palm Treo was the best on the market so I went back and got my phone back. It's easy to use and is everything I wanted. Plus I figure with the calendar I should be able to keep track of future appointments. But, after trying out all 3 phones, the Palm is the best yet. Read more Less

    Cons: Bluetooth Sucks!

    Okay this phone I love it and hate it! One thing i cant stand is the bluetooth with connecting and disconnecting between phone calls. it freezes and you have to hard reset all time.     Pros: Holds lots of Info, great digital camera, love the fact that it has Windows!!!

    Cons: No flash for the camera, and also battery can last only a day if you use your phone a lot

    Love this phone! It has everything you need and want in one little handy device. If I forget to write a document..no need to worry because Microsoft Word is right on your phone. Easy sync! Music is easily put on your phone but can take up LOTS of mem...ory which kinda sucks. So its best if you are going to use your phone a lot for pictures and music then go buy a memory card to place in your phone. Read more Less

    I love my Treo for all that it does! Upsides: I like the touch notepad feature. Whenever I'm in a hurry I can write something really quick or leave myself a memo. Great touch screen, easy access to top five people, wondering screen disp...lay, and much more. Downsides: I never can send picture mail. I've tried several ways to send my mail but for some reason I can only send picture mail through my computer at home. I don't like how if I'm on the phone and have an incoming call, if I switch over and want to drop either of the calls, I get charge double the minutes. If one of my calls disconnects, I shouldn't be charged. Also every once in a while when I'm not using my phone it will say that my memory card has been installed. Well this really isn't the case.     Cons: Almost too bulky for a coat pocket. Short lived battery.

    This powerful computer packs a punch and then adds an easy to use phone system. It comes with a stylus but you don't need one. The display is crisp and the brightness is adjustable allowing you to use it in the dark or in the sunlight. ...If you intend to travel, take a spare battery or two.
