Pros: GREAT PDA!

Cons: Bad, bad battery life

I have a love/hate relationship with my Palm. It's a great PDA but a very bad phone. You can never truly shut everything off so the battery charge time isn't what I need. Bottom line . . . I'm changing as soon as my contract is up for renewable. I don't recommend it.

Tech support nightmare.

Pros: Maybe it would be a good product if there was some sort of tech support available.

Cons: Bluetooth does not work and there is no tech support form the manufacturer.

This thing will drive you crazy. Every time the phone looses cell signal, it turns the bluetooth connection off and when it does this it locks up and you must reset the phone to get it to work again. Since I live in a rural area, I have to reset the phone several times a day, and of course, whenever you reset it you have to listen to 15 minutes of calendar appointments and alarms. Do not buy this phone it you plan to use bluetooth, it will drive you crazy. And by the way, Palm does not seem to actually support their products so you're out of luck if you expect them to fix it. Don't take my word for it, do a Google for "Treo bluetooth problems".

Pros: Organizer, phone, everything in one package.

Cons: None yet.

I have only had this phone a couple weeks but I love it. This is my first smartphone, upgraded from an LG Envy. I upgraded because I am terrible about remembering up coming events (work stuff) and heard that the Treo has a great organizer. On all of my other phones I was limited to how much info I could enter on the calander. The Treo has such a nice calander and its so easy to use. I also love the touch screen.

Pros: good

Cons: lovely

its specifications are good but there is no full details on call log that allows you to view your last call dailled, call log details including how many minutes you used per call on each numbers listed on the phone call log.

Pocket Tunes

I bought a Palm Treo from Alltel, and it came with a program called Pocket Tunes 3.1. Then they try to sell you an upgrade. The problem with Pocket Tunes is that it only plays 2 songs, that were previously loaded on to the program. It appears that it is impossible to add more songs using this program! The phone also doesn't allow other programs, such as Window's Media player to be added to the phone. I called Alltel's customer support, and they didn't think it was possible to add additional songs to the phone. I must say it is very disappointing, and strongly recommend that you choose another type of phone to play music.

Cons: shuts itself off frequently keys too small

Overall a good phone. Sprint people do not know anything about the palm operating system.
Volume not high enough.Blue Tooth has to be paired every day.

Terrible Phone

Cons: Absolutely the worst phone ever owned.

I wish I had paid more attention to the people saying this phone was no good in the reviews. If you depend on phone service, do NOT buy this phone. I am on Verizon and it drops calls all the time. I had a RAZR sitting side by side five bars on RAZR, one to two with the Treo. I get voicemails all the time with no incoming call registered. I told Verizon they ought to drop this phone from their offering as it makes their service look terrible to the customer.

Pros: Everything in one device

Cons: Keys a little small

Great product, everything in one device, I use to carry a PDA and a cell phone, now only have to carry one. Great phone and PDA. I have had mine for about 1 month, still learning all the features it has, again, great product.

Pros: Great phone

Cons: I wish for a better battery life

Love the phone, it has word, excel, and much more speaker phone while i type or use medical programs, plus bluetooth, wow what can i say this phone is great, i don't own an iphone but i have an ipod 30gb for cheaper why would i need it? So i realized that there is no need to compare the two one is for business the other is just for the high-school crowd. As the owner of my own videography company i understand how important for an apple and this device. Apple you failed me here i hope you make a phone for the business world... just a thought.
