    Incredible phone...no regrets

    Pros: Everything you need in 1 place. I can't leave home without it.

    Cons: Camera could be a bit clearer

    So I had to wait about 4-5 months for this thing. It was driving me crazy. VZW was getting tired of me becuase I was either calling or driving down to the store almost every day. Well the wait is way over and I'm still very happy with the phone. ...Yes, I know it's not tiny but I'm over that now. It's definitely the biggest phone I've ever owned. Nevertheless, just knowing that I could look up meetings, birthdays, telephone numbers, browse the internet, work on a spreadsheet, get driving directions to a contact that I already have saved...and the list goes on and on. All these features definitely outweigh the size limitation. If I did have to make a complaint it would be for the camera. It's OK, just OK. Don't expect photo album quality pictures. Sometimes depending on the lighting where you are it's just, well terrible. At first I did have a problem with the volume from my Treo's speakers, but that quickly got corrected once I installed VolumeCare. A small app that literally boosts the speakers on the PDA. Problem solved :) Long story short, this is a highly recommended phone if you can live with the size. Read more Less

    Pros: Everything in one place

    Cons: Camera

    If it is missing something like Mobile Write(Graffitti), Voice Dial(Voice DialIt)or Recording memos or calls(CallRec) you can download it. I wish the camera was of better quality though.

    I'd rather have my old flip phone

    Pros: Lots of bells & whistles

    Cons: Most don't work, phone is very slow

    Very hard to use small buttons, constantly needs to be soft reset, newer moto bluetooth won;t work with phone (not supported), doesn't realiably sync with outlook, poor reception (old phone side by side gets better signal), nearly impossible to h...ear when you are talking into a calculator, volume for ringer and speaker are combined? I would not combine a phone and PDA ever again. Read more Less

    Great phone...Sometimes it does freeze, but only 2x in 18 months. Will also sync with a Mac.

    Pros: Entertainment and Office machine all with one finger

    Cons: Occasional Freeze, Verizon's Customer service?

    I'm a Gadgets type of guy, and I pretty much understand any type of Gadget inside and out in the first 15 Minutes or so. I've had everything Pocket and was looking for something more. I wanted to carry my contacts, Wireless Sync with Outlook,... Manage my Calendar, Play my favorite games, Be able to see an online page and it's true content, Advanced MP3 settings, Camera and Video. If you are looking for a trully smartphone the TREO 650 is what your looking for, unless you have really fat fingers and can't use the QWERTY Keyboard! Read more Less
