Treo 650 rocks
Pros: touchscreen, many features, keyboard, easy to use
Cons: small keys
i just got the Cingular treo 650 a few days ago. i used to have the Cingular pocket PC 8525, great phone hates heat & being dropped. What appealed to me the most about the treo 650 was the touchscreen & keyboard. it's great for texting but to properly text on it u have to have small figures or something to poke the keys with. it has many useful features like: Bluetooth, Web, Camera with 2x zoom & video, real player & u can change the background color's. Personally i find it to be a business friendly phone since it has internet that u can access your e-mail on and is very easy to use for call, with conference calling it's perfect. i would definitely recommend this phone.

Cons: FREEZES ALOT! Have to remove battery cover every time it freezes to restart... appx 5 times a day!
I only owned this phone for a couple days when i realized it had serious problems! Granted, it was refurbished when i purchased it from Cingular(AT&T) but i got on the Palm website to read the reviews and see if anyone else was having similar problems(should've done this before i bought it)and it was apparent that the problem i was having was EXTREMELY COMMON! The phone randomly freezes up and shuts off, it looks like it's still on b/c the green light is blinking, but when you try to refresh the screen, NOTHING HAPPENS, so i would have to remove the battery cover, hit the reset button replace the batter cover then turn the phone back on. Thus throughout i am not able to receive phone calls and have no idea how long the phone has been spontaneously off. The phone is absolutely beautiful and everything i want in a phone so i am very dissappointed that it has such major problems. FINALLY... the exchange through Cingular has not been smooth either, because it is refurbished you can not exchange it in a store so i have to package it up and mail it back before i can get another phone.... did i mention i've spent over an hour on hold with Cingular, AT&T and some Premier company something or other that handles their business accounts, being transferred from company to company, person to person and some people seem like they don't have a clue. I just want a phone that works. So temporarily i am back to using my cheap old cell phone with no fun features until i can get this all taken care of. UGH!!

Cons: Size
The Palm Treo 650 is simply amazing. As a young adult, i always need a way to keep myself organized and have all my documents in hand. The treo's touch screen makes the phone unique, considering not many people have a touchscreen phone. The keyboard allows me to text message and type up little memos quickly and efficently.
The only really big con of the device is its size. It becomes very difficult to find stylish cases and covers to give the phone a unique touch. Overall though its one of the best phones i've ever seen and i'd recommend it to everyone :)Was this review helpful? Yes - Nohi

The treo 650 is a great PDA, as most palms are. But the phone feature is absolutely horrendous. Low volume, freezes all the time, drops calls. I have switched back to a regular phone and PDA.
