Pros: the water tastes better
Cons: it easily cracks and leaks; outlasts the filters
I have owned 4 of these faucet filters and have had the same problem each time- the unit easily cracks and leaks and water sprouts all over the place. Why do I keep buying them? Because the filters outlast the faucet mount. Rather than throwing out t...he filters (which are costly), I kept replacing the unit.I have contacted the manufacturer. They do not respond. I am now shopping for a better faucet mount water purification system. Any suggestions? Read more Less

Pros: Great job at filtering water
Cons: Cracks and Leaks
I am on my 4th one of these and every one has developed cracks at the back end (top when it's flipped up to be used). Once they crack, you get leaks and little water fountains. I keep hoping I'll get one to last long enough to use up all of t...he filters I have purchased. They are easy to install and easy to change the filters. If they wouldn't keep cracking I'd really love this filter. Read more Less
