    Pros: Realistic, moving, great performances

    Cons: Possibly a little one sided

    I thought this was a terrific series and was very sad when it wasn't picked up for another season. A great show, seemed pretty realistic at showing the cost of the war on the soldiers and the ones left behind.

    Great and controversial series

    Pros: Great acting, scriptwriting, special effects

    Cons: Touchy subject

    This is the controversial series on a "fictional" war in Iraq... but it seems exactly like the war we are fighting now, which is why some may not like this film. However, the miniseries goes into both sides (both the soldiers and their ladi...es at home) and it shows the many problems, situations, and positive things that happen in a war. It sheds more light on the issue of war and more specifically the Iraq War, but since the Iraq War is still going on, this film may be to graphic for some. However, if you like war-themed movies and mini-series, I highly recommend this miniseries. It is interesting, fast moving, dramatic, funny, and suspensful. Read more Less
