I bought this product because of the name and style. It is very cute, but it's not worth the hassle. When you want to toast something, you have to make sure three knobs are in the right place. Then to start making toast, you have to use the timer... knob and turn it past 20 min. You have to use the pan that comes with it, if you don't everything you toast is burnt on the bottom - even after moving the rack up. If you don't turn the knob past 20 min before setting the darkness you want, the bell doesn't ring, and the toaster doesn't shut off. Also, the knob you use is small and it's hard to see how to set the darkness of your toast. Want to toast a second set? Hold your breath, close one nostril, blink 6 times with one eye and say your grandmothers entire name backwards. Other than that, it's a lost cause. Read more Less
