Moving up to the 120mm class of refractor means those targets you once forsook as too indistinct for serious observation now become compelling, detailed attractions. You'll prize the crisp detail visible in Jupiter's cloud belts at 100x, or even pushed to 200x or higher power with optional eyepieces. The lunar landscape bursts with rich, stark relief.
