Omen Legacy (2001)

THE OMEN caused a sensation on its release in 1976, its tale of the devil being reborn on earth in the form of a child lead to tabloid outrage and packed movie theaters. Two sequels and a TV movie followed, building on the story of the infant child as Satan, and followed him as he began to move through the ranks of government. As if the subject matter wasn't sinister enough, the cast and crew of the movies were plagued with strange personal problems throughout, drawing parallels to the tragic events surrounding the POLTERGEIST films. This documentary takes us into the dark heart of the franchise, and takes a look at the hype and hysteria surrounding these terrifying horror classics.
