LOVE THE CAMERA

I used this camera for 3 monthes, then all of the sudden it died on me. This camera takes some good pictures, but that still doesn't make up for the price you pay on batteries, rechargables don't last for more than few pictures in this thing.

I had one and it worked great.The photos came out so clear. I ne longer have it but I am going to buy it again.

When I am searching for the camedia, I found a lot of prices different, from 155US$ to 320US$, Ive got the cheap one, the Zoom of this Camedia is digital, when you look the zoom into LCD you feel that image will be bad, but not, its great, and using the SQ mode (82 photos ~for 8MB) the photos looks great too !

Not all batteries created equal. Besides all digital cameras consume battery power like crazy. The factory battery lasts very long. Junk batteries do as much as you paid for it. Rechargeable batteries will save you money. However, this camera is not for industrial use. The inexpensive Rayovac Maximum Alkaline still lasts for a week if you taking three-four pictures a day. Use power adapter for reviews and practice.
My new Brio is my third digital camera among eight cameras I own. I bought it because of its size and simplicity. The picture quality is perfect.
I still use a Mavica for work; but its too heavy and large for family trips. The Olympus replacing my old DX-7 Fuji. Despite the features are similar on the comparable new Fuji and similar cameras the colors are better on the Olympus.
The 1.3 MP resolution is not cutting edge technology. However, it is perfect for excellent quality small prints (4x6) and screen application. I dont like to store giant image files. Besides those HUGE MP formats are useless in the WEB.

I recevied my Olympus D-100 2 weeks ago and have taken many great pics..This is the easies digital camera to shoot and download pics..You don't even have to download software to use it..Your computer reads it as a 2nd hard drive..Just click on my computer and star downloading your pics...As for batteries I'm still using the ones that came with the camera..I don't know why some of the reviewers say it eats batteries..They must not know how to opperate the camera...

This is a really good camera. Takes good pictures, but it eats batteries, like they're nothing. I had the camera one day, took 15 pictues, and my batteries were dead. It eats batteries.
