Despite having the lowest price of the UPSes, the Opti-UPS PS800B supports valuable features. When there is a power outage, the internal batteries would provide us the time to shut down electronic devices. However, since it could only be found via Websites, it is difficult to see if it is really suitable for us the customers. When there is a need of RMA and repair, the shipping may cost a lot due to its heavy weight. Although Opti-UPS's customer services would offer trade-up when they have determined the device is not worth of doing the RMA and they often suggest a newer model with better pricing, I personally would still want to do that in store so there is no need to do the shipping myself. ...
