this cd is alright. there's a few songs that suck ass. like stillness of heart, new day has come, i've got you. overall, it's a good cd.
there's no reason to keep making this commercial teenybopping
When you listen to Now 10 you can remember some of the great songs from 2k2
IT S SO COOL I HAVE ALL THE NOW THATS WHAT I CALL MUSIC FROM 1 TO 10
this cd sucks midget ass
They come out with so many Now cd's every year and it gets old. It always the same artists on the cd, and some new artists. Some of the on the cd r good, but they have gotten old and the whole concept of Now is dumb.
We buy one thing and it has all the songs that we really like! Its a win win situation.... We cant aford to buy all the cd's that come out with good songs so we wait till a mix comes out. You call yourself adults... NOW I UNDERSTAND MY PARENTS..... THEY DON'T GIVE A
Now That's What I Call
ISSUE #1: Now then, lets get straight to the point. If you have already turned on the radio, watched MTV, and been to TRL (like I know you have, you silly 16 year olds) then what, WHAT is the need for buying this CD that comes out exactly (and I've timed this) a week and a half after all of its songs have been overplayed? Answer me that simple question in a logical and sense-making manner, and I shall devote my life to worshipping you.
ISSUE # 2: Here's a question for the biologists. Exactly what is the evolutionary advantage of a mutation that makes the adolescents' brains melt into decrepitude the moment they hear music produced by others that have already lost their brains? And why do they become instantly addicted to this Alzheimers-like effect to the point where they must flail their limbs and scream the second they get a dose of this music? Is it an emergency population reduction controlled by some lonely branch of evolutionary logic, begun to protect the Earth from another worldwide extinction caused by mankind's own civilizations? Or is it something else? Perhaps an inevitable effect of civilization, and subsequently the lack of energy required to perform actions that once required huge physical exertion, such as finding food? I mean, is our species, at the most basic, genetic level, saying to itself: "Well, I guess I'll just stick some N'Sync and Brittany CD's into my head, along with a cell phone that has an internet connection, and I won't need this old, outdated brain anymore. Oops, forgot my pager. Oh, and my Palm Pilot. Better bring that along, too". Are the brains of the nation's 16 year olds making room in their heads for their Sony Walkmans? Or do they really (and I know I'm going out on a limb here) like listening to those monotonous, repetitive whines that they call lyrics? I just thank God there are rock fans to collect the non-perishable food items, build the bomb shelters, and eventually re-populate the world after those teens infiltrate our hospitals, stock markets, governments, and laboritories.
WHY?????????????????????
again, i see no point in this compilation, a REAL album includes songs that AREN'T radio singles, i dont see who would want to listen to a mix of the same stupid songs that we all hear on the radio over and over again. and someone needs to tell 'NOW' to take the good rock songs OFF of their stupid compilations! DONT BUY THIS!!!!
Turn on the radio.....
Burn your own copy......
.....but why blow your money on the same garbage thats been overplayed a million times?
you're lucky!
in the uk we're up to volume 52 now! and the content is just as pointless.
only buy if you're incapable of operating a radio to hear these songs on every station over and over
anyone want to write a good review?
Every song on this CD is overplayed, written by the same person who turns them around to these no-talent bafoons, and blow to begin with...except Moby. Furthermore, to put a Moby song on a CD with Britney Spears, Enrique Iglesias and J-Lo is like putting Whipped Cream on Lima Beans! And if you can't figure out how to download and burn, or can't afford the burner to begin with, you shouldn't be allowed to buy CD's...because you might just hurt yourself!
why spend money on a cd when you can burn your own?It really sucks.
why spend the money for this when almost everyone has a cd burner that they can make their own mixes (which are probably even better than this one)
I enjoy all types of music. Yes, I even listened to these songs at one time. BUT, to keep re-packaging the same songs over and over is lame! The pop mix cd's are the most worthless things to come along since Monica the human humidor!
Well I didn't find it the best, but it wasn't bad as some people make it to be.

Want to win the war on terrorism? Make the Al Queda listen to this over and over. They'll kill themselves.
this c.d sucks as most songs are crappy i like maybe 3
ya know i'm a fan of all types of music, and it seems to me they should find good songs that arent played every
Music is about choice. Choose what you like...don't spend time worrying about music that doesn't suit your taste. A history lesson implies that rock is R & B remade. Kind of like a series such as the movie Halloween. "Ya can't copy an original". So enjoy the rock you listen to (chic05) but remember the original. If this album has R&B and Hip Hop and pop...it has the evolution of music from the original in mind. Chill with it. I have Now Music from 5-9 and they're all good. Including this one.
This is a good cd for those people who like a whole variety of music. It takes the hits from pop, rap, rock, r&b, modern, and dance. It's good for long trips and parties.
this is sooo kweeel It's fun gotta nice beat that I can dance two, i would give it a 92 Dick !!
This cd was crap, i want more rock and metal. Rock is the fastest growing kind of music and u can't even put any on the damn cd. Don't waste ur money on this piece of crap.
Ive seen this CD on a commercial. Its cool! I like the CD, the songs on it and if u dont then dont write a freakin review on it! I have all 9 NOW CD's and I'm glad I freakin do!!!!! So long suckers!!!!!
Ok, I don't get it when people who obviously don't like Pop music in the first place come here and give bad reviews. If you don't like pop music, don't get the CD. I'd bet any one of those people who wrote a bad review that it debuts at #1 on the Billboard Charts when it's released. So hopefully that will shut them up. Personally, I think this is the best NOW Cd in a while. Many of the NOW Cd's have been so-so, but I think this one is pretty good. I like most of the songs! Aaliyah, Paulina, Britney, Kylie, Nsync, Musiq, along with others are all great stuff!!! I recomend it.
that is a bunch of
...and I'll tell you why I don't. Why buy this CD when you can download all of those songs, and burn it yourself. Why don't you do that and pass it to all of your friends? You'll be the coolest person at work/school/church...and the price you paid for an AOL (or you cheapies out there, Netzero) account, and all of those CD-Rs that you used, still wouldn't add up to the inflated price of this unoriginal idea of putting songs that are available for free everywhere on the net. Thank you "Now" execs for having encouraged music piracy for the past 10 volumes...
It's sucks. But why is the question you might be asking....the answer is found in 3 simple responses, that suckiness that exists when you hear it, the suckiness that exists when you see the cd, the suckiness that you feel when it is out-dated in two weeks. Believe it or not, whether you think you listen to lyrics or not, you do and it has an effect on you. This type of music we can blame for the dumbing down of the world. Thank you....and please support my push for a Bananarama reunion tour.
