Pros: Sensitive setting, and EVERYTHING ELSE.

Cons: None.

I bought this for my boyfriend. I was really nervous about it because he has sensitive skin. But I did my research. Thanks to reviews like these, I found the Norelco 9190 XL (although I don't believe everything I read). Even after he received it, I was skeptical. I thought it would take him weeks to get used to it. I was afraid it would irritate his skin.

But it didn't! It worked wonderfully and even he says it shaves CLOSER than a blade. His face was very smooth. And he was very happy with it. It's easy to clean out and there are indicators on the screen that tell you when to clean it, charge it, or replace the blades. I'm happy with the purchase and he loves it. He used to cut himself frequently with manual blades. Even the "quatro" blades were of no use. He likes the fact that he doesn't have to keep buying the manual blades and shaving cream. He likes the fact that it's a dry shave.


The only "set-back" is that when your hair is long, it takes several passes to get it close. But I don't know how it compares to other brands on that level. It works with long hair, but much quicker with short hair.
