Great shaver, but short lived
Pros: Close shave, excellent battery life, easy cleanup
Cons: After six months of use it just died
I've been a Phillips-Norelco man most of my adult life. This shaver did a great job and had excellent battery life, while it lasted. Incidentally, I ran into a friend with the same model. He had problems with his as well. Much to the credit of Phillips-Norelco, after contacting them about the failure, they appologized for the inconvenience and sent me a top-of-the-line model as a replacement. Despite the failure, I have found Phillips-Norelco to be a company that produces a very good product, and as I have found, certainly a company that stands behind its products.
