Pros: Does a good job

Cons: Way too expensive thanks to a devalued $

Holland makes this razor, but not the small electric travel razor they include in the package, or "Shaving System" for those who prefer a more fancy descriptive term. I like the way this razor gives a close shave without a lot of effort or... time being required to accomplish the somewhat annoying business of removing one's whiskers. I been doing this for over 50 years now, and must admit it has become an increasingly tiresome chore that I try to get out of whenever possible. The razor itself is quite light and has an almost cheap feel. Upon closer inspection, however, it appears to be well designed and will probably hold up very well. My only complaint so far is the price tag. Thanks to the Fed's super hot printing presses, and the resultant flooding of world markets with ever less valuable dollars, I suppose we had better get used to paying a lot more for our imported goods. Because I enjoy the privileges of a Costco membership, I got a break on the price of my razor. The price paid was $129.99 which included a $20.00 instant store rebate. I'm sorry for the rest of you who will be stuck with a much higher price tag if you want to be among the early adopters of this rather decent razor. Read more Less
