    Pros: Feels and looks good. Really a mini computer with lots of storage and features. Much more user friendly than the iPhone without the hastle of special connectors to charge the battery or downloads.

    Cons: Touch screen not as sensative as iPhone.

    We are in Kuwait City, Kuwait waiting for th Palm Pre but the GSM version won't be available until December. We decided to purchase the N97 and after using it for a week we don't think we'll be purchasing the Palm Pre. The touch screen an...d keyboard are very nice and roomy. The Palm Pre slides up and the keyboard is too small and there aren't many accessories available. We might purchase a Palm Pre as a spare phone just in case something goes worng with our N97s.     Pros: large touchscreen, big memory

    Cons: none!

    I have had almost everyone Nokia ever made and this is by far the best one to date. It has everything from the touchscreen to the full keyboard, you truly cant beat this great new phone.

    Pros: Nice and comfortable keyboard

    Cons: Battery drain in UMTS mode

    The phone is just couple of days old in my hands. Got it from NYC flagship store. So far no major issues except that the battery drains faster in UMTS. I am using Edge insted for improved battery life and though data download is slower in this mod...e, but it works. Read more Less

    Pros: durable,malleable and user friendly

    Cons: its like the htc`s and lg`s

    generally i like nokia phones they r cool and easy 2 use and this one is like a palmtop.its jus the bomb

    Pros: built very well with quality materials

    Cons: the firmware is barely functional at best

    I tried this phone for about a week and a half before I decided to return it. There are some serious issues with the software on this phone. Its clear that despite the extremely long wait for this phone it is not yet ready to be released.
