Cons: Battery life too short, screen smudges easily, menu button on the side inside of the middle.

Pros: Vibrant Screen, Great Sound Quality, Easy-to-Learn Menu
Cons: Screen and matte-finish are smudge-magnets, Build has a fragile feeling to it, Cingular did not include the proper headset and entry-level micro-SD for heavily promoted audio experience.
Too new to judge. Let me spen time with this handset and I'll tell y'all about it.
