    Pros: Good Features, good battery life, global usage

    Cons: Design Flaw with Joystick

    I have had an N73 for 6 months. In that time, I constantly have dealt with what I believe is a huge design flaw in this and other N Models. The center joystick is so high and exposed above the rest of the keypad that everytime I put the phone in my p...ocket, I end up calling someone. I had to disable the keypad after every use. To top it off, the silver cover fell off the joystick and now the Nokia service center will not just replace the cover, but said they only sell the whole joystick assembly (I do not need)for a ridiculous amount of money. Poorly designed phone with non customer centric service. Read more Less

    Pros: it is a great phone, more features, more connectivity and good camera 2.8 MP
