I've had my BH-900 for months. As for the previous reviews, I'd have to agree with the clarity while driving with the windows open. Noise cancellation is absolutely great. I can hear whoever is on the other line perfectly, and they can hear me clearly. One of the best if not the best headset there is.

I drive a convertable and I have bought and tried the Motorola H700...I own several different BTs and the BH900 by far performs the best when I am going topless!!!! And who ever I am talking to can actually hear me!!! LOVE IT!

I BOUGHT THIS ONE A FEW DAYS AGO AFTER TRYING THE MOTOROLA H700(HAS A LOT OF BACKGROUND SOUND AND STATIC), AND THE PLANTRONICS EXPLORER(ABSOLUTLY RUBBISH-DON'T BUY IT). THE NOKIA HAS AN ASTONISHING PERFORMANCE, THE NOISE CANCELATION REALLY WORKS EVEN AT THE FREEWAY WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN AND THE SOUND QUALITY IS GREAT. THE BEST BT HEADSET SO FAR.
