    Pros: The whole phone

    Cons: none

    I worked for Cingular doing Tech Support and Customer Service for 3 years. Nokia has always been my phone of choice. Now dont get me wrong I have tried other brands. I always sceem to go back to Nokia. Now I got this one for the Tmobile MyFaves p...lan. This phone has great reception, battery life, sound quality. I havent found a bad thing about it yet. I have 3 phones at this time... The Nokia 6030, Sidekick 2, and a Magenta Razr and the Nokia by far is the best. Read more Less

    Pros: lots of options to change the cover long battery life nice phone. Lots of complements

    Cons: dust gets under the cover. no real good upgrade phone pads

    This is a GREAT phone. It is Super easy to use and has a lot of things going for it. It is a sleak new phone that gets high praise. The battery life lasts well over 5 days before refusing to turn on. There are a lot of cover options out there that ca...n best fit your style. One of the problems is that dust gets under the cover and on the screen making it hard to read. Minimal glitches on this phone and has good service mose everywere. I have had this phone for 2 years and cannot imagine a better phone. Another problem is that there are not any good key pads out there and the free ones that come with the covers rub silver off on your hands. I have the same key pad that I had when I bought the phone and it is starting to look 2 years old. NEED MORE PHONE PADS PLEASE!!! overall an excelent phone. HIGHLY RECOMENDED Read more Less
