the phone is good for me buti love the chats, and messages but the color screen is a big yes for me also the screensavers too.i would love a phone w/ that but mine dosents have it!
Pros: Size, brick-simple, good recept. in remote areas
Cons: Case comes loose sometimes
My family has had 5 or 6 of these 3360s and they are always reliable. Why anyone would want another phone that has a bunch of crappy kid stuff on it, I don't know. Good phone !!
Pros: NORMAL
Cons: NORMAL
I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF. I AHVE TO SAY THAT I HAVE NO MAJOR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS MODEL. THIS WAS MY 5TH PHONE. I'VE HAD MOTOROLLA'S BEFORE AND HAVE HAD LIMITED SUCCESS. I HAVE JUST SWITCHED SERVICE PROVIDERS AND AM WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND ME MY 2 NEW PHONES. BOTH ARE NOKIA'S AND I HOPE THEY FUNCTION WITH THE RELIABILITY THAT I FOUND WITH THIS ONE. FACE IT FOLKS...IF YOU GO WITH SOMETHING OTHER THAN A NOKIA YOU HAVE NOTHING BUT REGRETS, BREAKDOWNS, AND TRIPS TO YOUR LOCAL STORE TO COMPLAIN.
Pros: No pros
Cons: All cons
Once again, to agree with all the other replys, there is no battery life to this phone at all. I myself am also very close to the end of my 2 yr. contract and my phone is worn out. I don't do text messaging or anything "fancy". My phone is simply used as a long distance phone and for calling around town on. My main purpose was more for long distance and emergency travel calls. I keep my phone on the charger ALL THE TIME! I am looking for a new battery for it because I am sick of the load of crap you go through to make 1 single phone call. The phone will say fully charged, but will beep and go off after about 10 minutes. It is too small and I am tired of having to "hang" it on the side of my purse just to keep up with it. Overall, I would say to others.........shop around 1st, don't buy this phone!!!
Pros: small, vibrating alert
Cons: battery life
I bought this phone 2 years ago and paid like $150 for it. At the time, this phone was the coolest phone around. It was much nicer than my old Nokia since it had the vibrating alert and no antenna to get in the way. Now that I am one day shy of 2 years this phone is awful. I have had nothing but problems with the clock feature for at least the last 9 months but probably longer. It does not stay on the screen even when you have it set to. When the phone is shut off and turned back on the clock has to be reset every time. The battery life is nil, it has not discharged in at least a year. It just beeps three times and shuts off. I have to basically keep it plugged in to talk on it (exaggerating but only slightly). So until lately I have been very pleased with my phone. The battery issue is the one that gets on my nerves the most. The guy at the local place that sells this phone told me to take the battery off when it goes dead and place it in the freezer overnight to "reset" it. I am sorry but I am NOT sticking my electronic object in the freezer for ANY reason! :) Anyway, if you change phones about every year then this phone is an AWESOME choice but if you plan to keep it for say a two year contract then you are probably SOL. :)
Pros: small
Cons: disconnects/shuts down, feels cheap, very poor battery life, poor reception...
This phone is awful.
The volume control can only be accessed if your screen is blank (I.E., you just entered your code to retrieve messages and now there are 5 #'s on the display--can't adjust volume now). Then, after deleting the numbers, It shuts down because you pressed too many buttons too fast! Absurd!
Phone has terrible battery life--and now it's good for about 10-15 mins talk time. It says battery low and shuts down about 3 seconds later! Then, after charging--in about 5 minutes it will say battery full!
Let's not forget how cheap it feels; buttons/faceplate make cracking sound with any pressing.
Alarm works when it wants to--good thing I had a back-up alarm when getting up for work.
Dropped calls/poor reception--need I go on?
Nokia needs to make an updated version of their classic 6160 design--which had a much sturdier design and reliability. Wait, they do--in Europe! I believe it's the 6210.
Wish it was here AMD for At & T...
Pros: Small & compact, vibrating alert, downloadable ringtones
Cons: Poor reception, dropped calls, battery life
I made the mistake of buying this phone on a whim when it first came out because I lost my original nokia. I loved the fact that it was small and could fit into my pocket, and the silent/vibrate ring option.
But compared to my other nokia, this one gets terrible reception, (Even with the anntena I bought for my car, it didn't help.)
Now after less than a year, my phone will suddenly turn off & I get tons of dropped calls now...or I'll dial somebody and it will beep at me annoyingly, and however long it beeps at me (say I left it beeping for 5 minutes) I get charged minutes for that...although I'm not actually talking to anyone.
I tried to bring it back with in a week of getting it, but you know cellular one, they wanted to "fix" it, and of course after they "fixed" it & gave it back to me for me to try when I figured it was still the same, it was past warranty.
The phone would be awesome for someone who lives in a big city, but unfortunately I have one tree next to my house so it seems to "block" reception.
i had this phone for 22 months now. in this time it got broken 2 times already but was fixed under the warranty. now the warranty is expired and guess what... it got broken again. it is 2 months more till my contract expires and i need to buy another one. very pure quality!!!
I like the phone a lot but i wouldnt highly recommend it to someone who wants it for a business type phone. But overall good quality phone, but thats just me i like NOKIA!
Great Reception, many things you can do to it.
it's easy to use. great reception coming out of it. if it only had a SIM card
This phone is not robust and breaks easily
I love this phone! It's my first one I've ever had and I'm very impressed with all of its features. Like, who has ever heard of "changed access code"? Well it's got that plus a bunch of other really cool stuff. And I LOVE my ringtone! (Samba)
As good as top end, at an affordable price...just wish it was color.
