Hard to Decide if its better than his last
Pros: More west coast sounding, Less no limit soldiers, good producers
Cons: Still some soliders, some garbage on here, way too long
Snoops first album with No Limit was still pretty decent although it didnt live up to the hype, now his second release we already know what to expect and from that end it is a step up. However, its not much better and doesnt really feature any really classic songs like Da Game is To Be Sold (however keep in mind some of the bad song on here are not as bad as those either). The best thing is the noticable absencse of no limimt soldiers. You can really see how bad they suck when they are all together on the track Ghetto Symphony. Snoop dogg raps and the end and totally dominates them with flow and lyrics that make some sense at least. Some bad songs are Down 4 My Niggaz (featuring the screamer fiend), In Love with a Thug, Skits, Dont Tell, and trust me. It is nice that snoop put a song about his mom on here, but it doesnt seem like he put a lot of effort into it. Buck Em, My Heat Goes Boom, Bitch Please, G Bedtime Stories, Betta Days, Doing Too Much, DPG, Bussin Rocks, Just Dippin and 20 Minutes are all pretty decent. Thats a few more good songs than the last album. The one classic on here is Snoopafella. I know you might think this song is stupid and unrelevant to the subject of the album, but only snoop could make a song like this good. They lyircs are flawless (although i dont know if he wrote them) and snoops voice makes the song great. The beat is stolen from the Ice Cube song No Vaseline. I think Last Meal was snoops best album on no limit but this one is a good preview.

The old sh!t was some of the best tracks ever (Doggystyle, even the Dogfather) but now that he left death row his stuff is comercial and fake. What happened to "Snoop Doggy Dogg"? I don't like the new "Snoop Dogg".

This album gets heavy rotation in my house. The best songs are "B Please" and "Just Dippin". The mellow songs on this album have a rich feel to them. This is probably his most soulful album. "Buck 'Em" is probably one of the hardest songs ever. The way he mixed hardcore and smooth beats is very impressive. This a must have CD.

yer dis albums alright!! Der are some phat tracks and big names, but snoops snoop and u can only listen to so much of him!! Nothin next to DS but worth a listen!!!!

At long last,Snoop and D.R.E. are back together.U got Snoop with the best west coast producers and several tight rappers so it just can be the BOMB!!!His best work since Doggystyle!!

after disappointments of previous 2 albums this album brings back memories of the classic doggystyle. The track bitch please is one that will be played and played again, and the reunion with dr dre on just dippin makes this album another must have

THIS CD ISNT AS GOOD AS SNOOPS OTHER ALBUMS.....HE CAN DO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS.BUT IT STILL ROKS AND STILL HAS A LOT OF SNOOPS ORIGINAL GANGSTA STUFF.
