Users found this Nikon F100 review helpful I have picked up and used about every camera Nikon has made it seems. There is little difference between the F100 and Nikons most elite camera, the F5. It is half the price, and the only advantage over the F5 is 8 continuous fps instead of 5, a different metering system, and more programable options. Both bodies are very durable. The F100 is lighter than the F5. It has more features than the N90s. It is basically like the N80 on steroids. The MB-15 grip availible for the F100 which features a side shutter button and 3rd command dial, makes it even more enjoyable. This camera for the price is unbeatable. ... -

This beautiful machine gives up only the 8fps and 1005 sensor image matrix, but improves on the twice as heavy F5 in other ways, especially ergonomically. Its rugged, fast, and does everything an advanced user or semi-pro could ask for. One of the best cameras in the world for the money, no doubt. ...
