Pros: looks & features like Wifi.
Cons: White Spots Blobs & Circles Ruin 75% of Photos.
75% of images taken by this camera are ruined by white blobs, white halos, white circles, white comets, or other white artifacts that cover portions of the image. They show up randomly, with little rhyme or reason. Appears to be some sort of camera design flaw that allows flash light to bounce around inside the lens system. The artifacts move around in location from photo to photo, and are not the sort of thing you can fix easily in a photo editing program, so it's a deadly flaw, particularly when they pock-mark your subject's face. When this problem was brought to notice of Mr David Dentry, General Manager, Technical Support , Nikon Inc, he wrote "Our engineers have studied the problem at length and it only happens when there is particulate in the air. Smoke, water vapor, dust, etc. I am not implying that your area is dusty because a single piece of dust in the air can cause this. Again, there is nothing else we can do. Sorry." but as per my observations the spots are appearing in the very clear air conditioned environment also.
Pros: Extremely Easy To Use, Excellent Picture Quality, Thin
Cons: ...
This camera is awesome... I have no problems working the WiFi... It takes wonderful pictures... Its a little costly, but well worth the money...
Pros: Once you get the Wi-Fi you'll never go w/out . . .
Cons: Maybe I'm just lucky . . .
I thought I was going to return this camera, but I guess I was just lucky . . . (",)
I do not have the patience of reading it like a manual, but I was fixing my Wi-Fi network that day. And so I happened to write down all my configuration in a notepad. I was surprised Wi-Fi really works!

Pros: Feature Packed, looks great, impressive LCD
Cons: Menu system, noise on high ISO and naff video
I recently did a straight swap for my new Fuji F30. I was taken by the looks of the Nikon and didn't do any research into the actual camera itself.
While the images are OK, I wouldn't say there were of any great quality. Focussing is more or less forgotten about in low light / less than perfect conditions. Outside in the bright light however, the camera can take crisp, sharp pictures.
I recommend looking on Flickr beforehand at any photos taken with the S7c. You'll notice that there will not be many great quality photos taken in low light conditions, flash or no flash.
The video features on this is not worth using, which is a real shame. The image is fine, but there is an unexepably loud buzz or hum in the background all the time, almost to the point you can't hear people talking. Yes this can be removed by software on a PC later, but its still a pain. I can't beleive that they were happy with that level of hum when they released the camera - you really do need to hear how bad it is!
Those two negatives aside however, it is a great camera otherwise. The WiFi works a treat, although ultimately pointless. I've never been in a situation where I need to send someone a photo before I get home to a USB port. Handy for printing though if you have a wireless printer.
Pros: 15 different picture setting, Huge display screen, WIFI connection is excellent, Great price, Cool look'n camera, 1 year free T-mobile service, Image stabilization
Cons: Instructions are a little difficult to understand, Kind of slow sutter speed,
I use to have a cannon camera and I believe this camera is even better. I love the WIFI feature and I show it off to every one I know. It has so many features it blows my fragle little mind. Every time I'm on the crapper I read something new this camera does. If I didn't A.D.D I'ed write more.
Pros: WiFi capeability, compact, 15 shooting modes, 3 inch LCD.
Cons: none that i can think
Just bought it after I read some of the reviews here and on CNET, and i gotta tell you its great. The WiFi capeability to send pictures wirelessly from camera is incredible. Its very easy to use even just out of the box.
Pros: WiFi, 7 MP, Large Screen, Easy to read Menus
Cons: Tough to see screen in sunlight, Setup
My first impressions are WOW!!! What a great camera at a great price. The setup with the Wifi and the email is a little cryptic. It helps to know something about wireless stuff. I was able to get it shooting and transferring WiFi to my home computer in about 10 minutes. The emails are a little tougher. First the WiFi email pic is limited to 1600x1200 (there are 2 other lower res settings). Entering the addresses is worst thing I have found so far on the camera. Once entered, taking a pic and having to sent in the background is very cool.
All in all the rest of the features are better than I expected in this small camera. Can't imagine getting a better camera, especially for the price.
Pros: quite a good buy, worth every penny
Cons: i have'nt figured how to use the wireless feature yet. no proper instructions were provided, sound quailty in videos is bad
its a pretty gud cam to go for, zoomind too much can cause blur of image and the sound quality of videos is extremely poor. it has a lot of background disturbance.
Pros: Inexpensive, stylish, large screen, and tons of features.
Cons: Instructions, zoom, and shutter lag.
I compared this with other 7 megapixel subcompact cameras and this was the best value. It had all the features the others had plus a 3 inch lcd screen and WiFi, which a lot of cameras in its price range did not.
I had no problems operating it out of the box the only thing was the instructions were not clear on how to use the WiFi feature. I have a secured wireless network and after attempting to install the WiFi on my computer, now sometimes my computer becomes disconnected from the internet for no apparent reason. I wish Nikon had better instructions to use this genius feature because I still have not got it to work.
The only other drawbacks with this camera is the shutter speed and the zoom which is generally experienced with subcompact cameras.
Overall I am very impressed with this small camera and do not regret purchasing it.
