    Pros: fun with lot's of features

    Cons: Not many

    Lot's of fun and lot's of gagets!!! Good for wildlife photo's and I just started using the video too !! Lot's of fun!!

    Pros: Nikor glass lens

    Cons: menu difficult to find what you need

    I purchased a Canon point and shoot and I was pretty pleased with it except the limited optical zoom. I saw the P80 and thought "great little camera". I was attracted to the 18X optical zoom and thought wow. After using the camera for a whi...le I noticed that even at 10 mp the image quality is not that great even at low zoom settings.Needless to say I am a little disappointed! Read more Less

    Nikon Coolpix P80 is a bit of a mixed bag. While loaded with appealing features like the 18x Nikkor zoom, 2.7-inch LCD, high resolution EVF, Vibration Reduction, High ISO capabilities and great image quality, the slower shooting performance, uncomfortable EVF eye piece, amount of noise in high sensitivity photos and slower Face detection AF system really disappointed us.
