This is a great little camera. It is my third digital (a now dead Olympus C-2020Z and a Fuji S602 Zoom). 15 months ago when I replaced the C-2020Z I was faced with the choice of a small camera with limited features or a larger camera with a...dditional features. I chose the Fuji S602 and have been very happy with it - especially the 6x optical zoom and the 640x480 / 30 fps video.I was delighted to find nearly all the same features in the Nikon Cool Pix 3700 (other than the 6x zoom - it is 3x).Only after getting home and reading the manual did I find that only 2 SD cards support continuos 640x480 / 30 fps video - the Panasonic 256 & 512 MB cards. The Toshiba 256 MB will only record 40 seconds before it stops without warning. The failure to highlight this fact on the Web and the way the info is 'hidden' in the manual is the reason I gave support only 4 stars.My only other Con is that the controls are small - but what do you expect with a sub-compact camera.One of the neat things is the ability to take self portraits by clapping your hands, instead of the shot being taken in exactly 10 seconds.I originally bought the camera to be a suppliment to the S602, but wouldn't be surprised to find that it becomes my primary camera.
