Comedian/actor/writer Nick Swardson began playing St. Paul, MN's comedy club circuit when he was only 18. His mix of trashy and silly caught on quick, and with only two years under his belt, he was off to New York City, landing gigs at the Comic Strip and Caroline's. Numerous latenight television talk show appearances led to his own halfhour standup special on Comedy Central in 2000. He soon moved to Los Angeles to focus on acting and writing.
