Synopsis: Nick Knight (1989)
Synopis: Though perhaps best known for his 1980s hit "Jessie's Girl", Rick Springfield also enjoyed another successful career as an actor, doing credible work in a number of smaller features. In this television movie, Springfield stars as detective Nick Knight, a brooding loner who works the night shift and lives with a horrible secret: he's really a vampire. When Nick is assigned to a particularly gruesome murder, he finds himself saddled with a new partner and digging deeper into a case that pits him against both his immortal nemesis and a psychotic killer. Pros: Shows a different Forever Knight

This is the DVD that started the whole Forever Knight experience.
Rick Springfield played the role of Nick Knight in this movie.
All of the characters in this movie are played by different actors than in the series, with the exception of John Kapelos who played Don Schanke.
This movie was used as the first 2 episodes of Forever Knight The Series.
The major difference here is the use of a male doctor who knows Nick's deep dark secret.
The movie is worth watching if you are a fan of the series. ...
