Cons: Known fault
The phone has a fault that Nextel & Motorola know of. If the problem occurs in the first 30 days Nextel will repair. Motorola will repair it but you'll be without a phone for 10-12 business days. They acknowledge there is a problem with the screen going upside down but have will not send a replacement out if the phone is les than 30 days old. I have the 850 had a few problems but my sister gave me a 850 she did not use or I would not have been able to reach my contract end.

Cons: the front screen gets scratch if not protected expensive
the phones is really great it has loud speakers,great camera and videos are great to.good battery life.just one thing is the front screen gets easily scratched if not protected and its expensive if bougth without contract but realy good phone.

Cons: none of my backlights work
biggest waste of 500$ without contract hate nextel needs to give me my money back and release me of my contract for free
