    Whole New Vibe

    Pros: Def different, hes on a whole new level

    Cons: If you don't have an eclectic taste for music this isn't an album for you

    This album is very versatile. It’s a fusion of Rap and Roll. The over all album is truly a masterpiece.

    Pros: Lyrics, song concepts, creativity.

    Cons: too much Black Jack Johnson

    Mighty Mos' new joint took too long to come out, but it's creativity makes up for it. My fav. song is the one dedicated to Marvin Gaye, you'll know it when you hear it. Kayne gave him a typical Kayne beat on "Sunshine", most o...f the other tracks on the album are a collaberation with a group called Black Jack Johnson. While it was hot for a few songs, I just didn't want to hear funk/jazz/blues on every song. Picky me. Anyway, one of the hottest albums I have bought in a while... was actualy going to pick up Talib's album, but saw this instead (sorry Talib, i'll get yours when i get my paycheck on monday).     Pros: Complex Blending.

    Cons: Some may not give it a true chance. :(

    I just got this cd yesterday and ive listened to it twice. This is One of the best Record ( not rap records, not rock, not blues,) just one of the best records to come out in modern history period. I f true fans of music open up their minds for just ...the first few tracks and dont rush to judgement they will see that this album was well worth the wait. One love. AsB398 Read more Less

    Hmmm let me take it back to the days of blackstarr and whatnot. He is truly blessed with something that is very special his talent is unbelieveable i have to say, and he always is staying true to his hiphop roots that's what people love nowadays ...mightly mos is the illest and always will be the illest in the game of hiphop.     Mos does it to Def!!!! High point of this LP when he ryhmes over the "takeover" beat and smashes the industry on "The Rape Over." Only wish he continued but he's kind enough to let you know at the end that "that's i...t." Listen from beginning to end and then keep rewinding "Champion Requiem." "Zimzallabim," "Sex, Love and Money" and "Grown Man Business" round out a nice disc. Put in your changer with Talib Kweli's Beautiful Struggle and you got Black Stars new ablum... Read more Less

    Cons: The fact he released

    Mos has been one of my favorite MC's for a long time. But this one is truly a sophomore jinx. This is his second solo album and he has fallen into that realm most artist fear. I think its good for an artist to spread his wings and try new things.... But this album is something you won’t find in somebody SUV banging down the strip. You wont hear it at the club and somebody screaming thats my joint right there! Its just this album has something that Mos was trying to find and that we will have to wait to see what it is.
