   Pros: Most comfortable shoes you will put on

   Cons: Not the most stylish

   I was in the market for a new pair of runners and came across these from some reviews I read. the next day I went to my sports authority and tried them on.
   These were the most comfortable shoes I had tried on but I was completely sold on their look. So, I compared them with other runners in the same series. The young lady that helped me told me to give them a test run-So I did!!
   
   I put the New balance 992 on my left foot and the competitive on the right.
   First it was the Asics Nimbus...very nice runner shoe it would definitely be my second pick
   2-Brooks Trance
   3-Nike (forget the name but it was the most expensive runner of that line.
   
   I also compared it to other New Balance shoes and found that 992s' support, comfort, and shock absorbency was the best. Don't knock the shoe until you try it. The girl was so convinced at the end that I would get the nimbus but was surprised that I went for the NB 992. I convinced her to try them on.
   
   Overall-excellent pair of runners. No wonder the ads for this shoe emphasize the word "Legend"
   It should be more like "Legen...dary"; and capitalize on the barneyisms. ...
