My husband and I purchased this machine 1 week ago and absolutely love it. We have had several people also try out the machine who also love the feel of this machine. The console is much like that of a gym. It gives several different read outs so that you can track your progress. I was so excited that I put the machine together while my husband was at work. It took about 2 hours but would probably have taken less time for my husband. THe warranty is better than any other elliptical in this price range. It is lifetime on the frame, 10 years on all parts, and one year on labor. We purchased our elliptical at The Great Escape and got a great deal and great customer service. Would highly recommend this elliptical. ...

Pros: Got the Machine to our room UPSTAIRS
Cons: DOESN'T WORK
I purchased my elliptical on 3/18/07. Today is 3/23/07. My machine doesn't work correctly. Only read out that works at this time is heart rate. I have phoned Nautilus multiple times, finally found out I have to have a technician come out. Thought that would happen quickly. Today! March 23rd they called 1 of the 2 numbers I gave them. LMM as I told them I wouldn't be home all day. Called the office back at 4:25 pm as they close at 5:00 no return call back. So...........as of now no appt set up, who knows when they will come out. Nautilus tells me they have 7 business days to get in contact with me. Customer Service???? I am not sure. We were going to purchase a Nordick track, but I talked my husband into this one because when we tried it out, it was so much smoother than the other. Not sure now!!! ...
