Namco Museum is a compilation of seven classic arcade games, two bonus games, and three games making their console debut. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig-Dug, Pole Position, Galaxian, Ms. Pac-Man, and Pole Position II are the featured games on the disc, with the first three available as separate arrangements with new graphics and other enhancements.

Namco Museum is a compilation of seven classic arcade games, two bonus games, and three games making their console debut. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig-Dug, Pole Position, Galaxian, Ms. Pac-Man, and Pole Position II are the featured games on the disc, with the first three available as separate arrangements with new graphics and other enhancements.

Pac-Man Arrangement includes speed bursts, warp gates, large ghosts, and six different power-ups to consume. Galaga Arrangement offers weapon power-ups Ricochet Shot, Wide Beam, and Fast Shot, while Dig-Dug Arrangement includes additional enemy characters to face and boss encounters.

Two bonus games are unlocked after earning high scores on Pac-Man and its sequel, Ms. Pac-Man. By scoring at least 25,000 in Pac-Man, players can open up the puzzle game Pac-Attack on the menu screen. Scoring at least 20,000 in Ms. Pac-Man will unlock Pac-Mania for play.

All of the games on the disc feature adjustable settings in such areas as difficulty, lives, bonus points, and sound. Helpful tips are also available as well as three screen sizes (normal, medium, and small) to accommodate different television screens.     This is a must have for people who grew up in the 80s. This is a great way to introduce your own children to some exciting games without the violence. Great fun for everyone of all ages.

    If you grew up in the 80's then these games were part of your life. Since graphics weren't great back then, game play had to be good. Ok, pole positions game play is awful, but is still fun for a few laps. Galaga and Galaxian are worth the price o...f this game alone. Some of the best scrolling shooters made. Then you have the Pac-man suite. They also have some updated verions of these games along with DigDug and Ms.Pac-Man. There are some locked games on the disk, but they seem to leave out how to unlock them. So I couldn't say what they are, but I'm guessing it's some pac varient. Anyway, for the price this is one of the best retro gaming experiences you can buy. Read more Less
