WG602 doesn't last

Cons: lasted 6 months
Had this access point for 6 months before it died. Tried to hook up PC to ethernet port but the port eas dead. The only way to get it working was to reset the box and run it in default mode, no security. I did some research and found a 3Com access point that seems to be rock solid, easier to configure, and hopefully will last longer than 6 months. No more Netgear products for me.

Pros: Great web interface, easy to install
Cons: Not the greatest Range
This is a great little AP. The design is nice and it's easy to install. Allows port forwarding and port triggers for advanced users but can be configured by rookies. No software is needed to access the AP settings. The web interface is very logically set up and it can be administered remotely.

hardware is easy to install, but the sofware installation instructions are in the gutter. Called tech support and was on hold for mor than 30 minutes. i will never buy this brand ever again
