    Beware of ReallyTech

    Cons: product does not work

    I bought this adapter from Reallytech. It was refurbished. It did not work. I contacted Realytech - they have no tech support (so how did they test it then?). They told me to contact Netgear. Contacted Netgear Tech Support - After a few hours with them, they told me the adapter was not functioning. Since then, I have tried to return it to Reallytech so that they can replace it with one that works - No luck, they playing as if they not hearing me - I have spent my whole life in retail and have never seen business ethics like this. They are doing everything but addressing the heart of the problem, i.e. replacing a faulty product they have sent to a customer. Disgrace!
