    Good Coffee, bad Machine

    Pros: It actually makes a fairly decent espresso AND cappucino

    Cons: It is cheaply constructed and broke after only 5 uses

    The handle of the part where you put the coffee melted and broke off during use. It is hard to clean the steam mechanism that you use to steam the milk. The quality of the espresso was equivalent to most restaurants, as long as you use good coffee to... begin with. I'm going to have to return the item tho, and don't plan on getting the same one again...will go with another brand entirely. Read more Less

    Good Basic Espresso Maker

    Pros: Simple to use and easy to clean.

    Cons: On switch difficult to turn.

    I bought this unit over a year ago and have used it several times. I have never had any problems with it whatsoever. I clean the steam unit by taking off the plastic cover (I wash that separately), putting the nozzle of the unit in a cup of water and... then turning on the steam. The only complaint I have about the unit is that it is difficult to turn the on/off knob. This might be a design concept to prevent someone from turning on the steaming unit by accident and giving themselves or someone else a nasty burn. I think this is a great espresso maker for the money. It is not for someone who wants a lot of bells and whistles. It is just a good, simple unit for people who want to have an espresso from time to time. Read more Less
