    A Very Impressive Phone

    Pros: Slick styling, excellent voice quality, effective fm radio

    Cons: no 850Mhz band if you need it

    Even after owning some very fine phones over the years this one is a standout and considerably better than the phones provided by Cingular. Had my doubts about unlocked phones but this one works beautifully. Wonderful voice quality and volume at both... ends. Clean minimalist styling is a refreshing change. VGA camera is useable at best but the FM radio is a nice addition. It could come in handy in an emergency when phone lines are jammed or down due to natural disaster or terrorist attack. I found the lack of an 850Mhz band to be a non-issue in my case as 1900Mhz is all that's available in Carolinas but you should check the frequency band maps at "gsm world" before you buy.
