    Cons: Many

    I have the Nation Wide family plan with Cingular. One phone is in North Carolina and the other in South Carolina. Soon after I bought the phones and when I was talking Mobile to Mobile (NC & SC) I would get disconnected about 6-8 times while talkin...g less than an hour. I contacted Cingular each time and they would reprogram the phones but it keep disconnecting me so they finally replaced the phones with two more V400's and the new ones are having the same problems. Now they want to replace them again with more "junk" V400's or give me V220 Motorola which is a cheaper phone. All this in less than 5 months. I also agree with the reviews of the previous two reviewers. My advise is "do not buy a Motorola V400" and don't expect any reasonable support from Cingular. I will change phones and provider when my contract expires, might even drop them now and pay the extra $$ to get out of the contract. Read more Less

    Pros: good features

    Cons: charge problems and electronic glitches

    I've owned three of these phones and had problems with all 3 can't wait till my contract is up so I can get a new one. The phone would be a good phone with the features and such but too many little glitches like I could not get one to charge ...and one would not recognize it was closed. Not happy with this phone at all. Will never buy a motorola phone again. Read more Less
